Is Mindfulness for You?

April 11, 2016
Is Mindfulness for You?
Why do you think this magic word ‘mindfulness’ lights up so many fires? Hearing the word we beautifully connect to the care-takers of this world, the carriers of the ancient spiritual practices, the alchemists of the soul. We hope to enter the magic dance between the world of energy and the world of matter. Promises of Mindfulness The conscious relationships, change of diets, conscious or mindful living, the balance with ourselves and Nature that creates the transformation within the body, mind and soul live as the highest potential promise within all of us. Listen to your soul spiritual journey Is it our love for God or the question: How does the mind heal the body? or How to tap into the endless Divine Potential that excites our minds or is it a purely selfish quest: towards more Happiness, more Enjoyment, more Fulfillment?.

How to Practice Love, Routine, Freedom

What do we do so our children understand the importance of a healthy body, learn to manage their emotions and nurture love for their friends and family? St. Francis of Assisi

April 20, 2011
Francis was born in 1182.
When he was around 25, he renounced all his material possessions, and devoted himself to serving the poor.
Francis lived with lepers, fed them, and helped them heal their wounds.
He built his own church - stone by stone - from ruins of an old one.
He got his meals, collecting discarded vegetables, or working as a laborer, insisting to be paid with food rather than money.
The Franciscan taught that Christ and the twelve apostles had no property.
This view was declared...

The Master doesn't try to be powerful;

thus he never has enough.

The Master does nothing,
yet he leaves nothing undone.
The ordinary man is always doing things,
yet many more are left to be done.

The kind man does something,
yet something remains undone.
The just man does something.
and leaves many things to be done.
The moral man does something,
and when no one responds
he rolls up his sleeves and uses force.

When the Tao is lost, th...

Samadhi by Yogananda

April 9, 2011

From Joy we come,

For Joy we live,

In the sacred Joy we melt.

I, the ocean of mind, drink all creation’s waves.

The four veils of solid, liquid, vapor, light,

Lift aright.

Myself, in everything,

Enters the Great Myself.

Gone forever,

The fitful, flickering shadows of a mortal memory.

Spotless is my mental sky,

Below, ahead, and high above.

Eternity and I, one united ray.

I, a tiny bubble of laughter,

Have become the Sea of Mirth Itself.

The intellectual quest is exquisite like pearls and coral,

But it is not the same as the spiritual quest.

The spiritual quest is on another level altogether,

Spiritual wine has a subtler taste.

The intellect and the senses investigate cause and effect.

The spiritual seeker surrenders to the wonder.
